The breakfast was really good.
This hotel did not have my reservation even though I had a email confirmation from them as well as a verbal confirmation over the phone through my booking agency with a staff members name. The staff at this hotel did not speak any English so it was extremeley hard to communicate. I tried to speak some portuguese but the same courtesy to me in the staff trying some English was not received. I rarely saw smiles from the staff and got the feeling I was not welcome. This hotel is way overpriced and proceeds to charge for every ammenity. Although it was across the street from a beach, it's the not a beach one would go to. For this look for hotels near Meiriless Beach, not Mercuirpe.

That we got a room - eventually!
Staff, in particular the worst receptionist I have ever come upon. Wouldn't hold on to our luggage for two hours after check out.

We had a wonderful time staying at a hotel in this city. Best aspects of our stay were the cleanliness, location on the seashore, delicious breakfast, and helpful staff. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and we were impressed by the free parking provided for guests.
The worst aspects of our stay? Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Caution! Stay away from this place!!! The pics included here have nothing to do with reality. The staff looks to be astonished that you do not speak Portuguese! Actually, nobody there speaks a single word in a language other than their native one! If you happen to choose this terrible place, do not use the cosmetics in the bathroom. They will charge you for a stinking soap and toothbrush some 10 usd!!! Same situation with "welcome natural water"! Breakfast are poor and served in stuffy room.

There is nothing positive to say about this Hotel.
I will never book this hotel again and was happy that I could leave after two nights.Ths staff only spoke portugese-no other language. The room had not even 10 sqm and in the bath someone could hardly turn around. The view was to a filthy backstreet and the even tried to charge oceanview. Also they tried to chareg for everything extra-Internet,parking-even a bottle of water which was proposed as welcome from the hotel was finally charged on check out. This Hotel is an absolutely "no go'!

The breakfast had a decent variety and the hotel was located close to the beach which made it easy to access. , the cleaning staff did a good job of maintaining cleanliness in the rooms.
The hotel was a disappointment. The room quality was poor, outdated and it had a strong smell of mold.

Located on the shoreline, this hotel offers stunning views of the beach. Getting around is easy with taxis available just outside the hotel. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. the bathroom is clean and tidy, complete with free toiletries. the breakfast is delicious and satisfying, with a wide variety of options to choose from, including fresh fruit and pastries. Guests can relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery from the comfort of their room.
One aspect of the hotel's customer service could be improved.

During my city break, I enjoyed the fact that the hotel was conveniently located near the beach and a local marketplace. the staff was helpful and attentive to our needs which made our stay even more enjoyable. the rooms were clean and well-stocked with necessary amenities.
The wifi was not free, which was a bit of a disappointment. the view from the room was not impressive, facing towards a nearby parking lot instead of the advertised sea view.
